Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring they receive top-notch support. Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting clients with technical difficulties.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor support tickets and follow up with clients as necessary.
  • Contribute suggestions for improvements to customer support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Certifications in networking or troubleshooting preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of technical support experience
