Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Christmas Tree Farm ensuring quality control.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote farm products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for necessary farm equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of the farm and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance of tools and machinery used on the farm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural management, preferably in tree farming.
