Responsibilities

• Identify patient therapy goals based on in-depth assessments.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including therapeutic exercises.
• Use clinical reasoning to adapt treatments as necessary.
• Support patient and family engagement throughout rehabilitation.
• Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication across disciplines.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Perform administrative duties related to patient care and services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Clinical Psychology
• Additional certifications in German or Physiotherapy is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in allied health roles

Certifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems: Knowledgeable in EHR systems to maintain accurate patient documentation.
