Job Description

As an Inventory Manager, your primary focus will be on maintaining optimal inventory levels to align with company demands. You will analyze inventory data, forecast needs, and implement strategies to reduce excess stock and minimize shortages, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management initiatives to improve accuracy.
• Oversee the logistics of inventory storage and distribution.
• Monitor supply chain performance and recommend adjustments.
• Implement new inventory tracking technologies.
• Ensure efficient handling of stock in the warehouse.
• Facilitate training for new employees in inventory procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Relevant certifications highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive inventory management experience
