Job Description

As the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You'll lead a passionate team of recruiters, focusing on improving our hiring processes to ensure we attract the best candidates in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the talent acquisition process from workforce planning to selection.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring culture throughout the recruitment process.
  • Leverage technology and tools to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and university recruitment events.
  • Conduct interviews and provide assessments of candidates.
  • Create and manage a talent database to track potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance recruitment communications.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or Recruitment is an advantage
