Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and maintain accurate records in our administrative systems. This role is essential in supporting our operational activities and will require excellent typing skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify data from various sources into the database.
  • Update existing data to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data entry processes.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required.
  • Conduct data quality checks and assist in audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide customer support when necessary, responding to inquiries related to data.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant data entry or administrative experience
