Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients struggling with a variety of behavioral and emotional issues, working to develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose psychological conditions using DSM criteria.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
  • Facilitate support groups for patients dealing with similar issues.
  • Work with families to provide them with strategies for supporting their loved ones.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve service delivery within the practice.
  • Engage in advocacy for mental health awareness within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Ph.D. in Psychology or related field
  • Experience conducting research in behavioral psychology
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with patients with a range of behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders.
