• Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and activities.
• Support students in their learning by providing individual and small group assistance.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators.
• Facilitate classroom activities and transitions.
• Encourage students’ participation in classroom discussions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and filing.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons for diverse learners.
• Contribute to a supportive and safe school atmosphere.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
• Empathy Understanding and support for diverse student needs.
• Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and students.
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Basic)

• Experience with special needs education: Experience working with children with learning difficulties is a plus.
• Knowledge of educational software: Familiarity with learning management systems and educational apps.
