Job Description

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join our clinical team in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients while ensuring high-quality healthcare standards. This role focuses on providing compassionate care while maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care and actively listen to patient concerns.
• Ensure follow-up on test results and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Develop strong patient relationships to enhance their healthcare experience.
• Assist in the training and supervision of junior medical staff.
• Collaborate on research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
• Specialization in Family Medicine is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in family medicine or general practice preferred

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Specialized training in chronic disease management

• English: Fluent
