Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in George, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will assess patient conditions, implement treatment plans, and educate patients and their families about ongoing care. This position requires a blend of clinical knowledge and compassionate patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting.
• Assist in procedures and operations under the direction of a physician.
• Implement evidence-based nursing practices.
• Evaluate and adjust patient care plans based on progress.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and right to care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Manage intravenous and catheter systems as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for patients in the hospital.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• Specialization in a nursing field is a plus

Experience

• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
