Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will lead project planning, coordination, and execution, collaborating closely with teams to facilitate efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project operations and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Maintain project timelines and deliver results against strategic objectives.
• Support training and development of junior team members.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to coordinate project resources.
• Utilize project management software to track performance and progress.
• Implement stakeholder feedback to enhance project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in construction or IT sectors

Technical Skills

• Budget Management
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Scrum Master Certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
