Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnoses.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Lead educational workshops on mental well-being.
• Participate in organisational development initiatives.
• Support clients in developing coping and problem-solving skills.
• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients in the community.
• Engage in using telehealth platforms for remote sessions.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred
