Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop and implement effective strategies that will optimize our e-commerce performance, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to streamline our online operations.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement e-commerce policies and standards.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure that the e-commerce platform is up-to-date.
  • Create and manage online sales forecasts.
  • Engage in A/B testing to optimize the website.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay informed on new technologies and innovations in e-commerce.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align e-commerce goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree highly regarded
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
