Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical formulations in alignment with industry standards.
• Research and implement new technologies to innovate existing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and implement safety protocols for laboratory and field operations.
• Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for engineering projects.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and select materials for production processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess product performance and customer feedback.
• Continuously assess compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical processes
