Job Description

The Warehouse Industry Supervisor oversees the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently and safely. This role is vital in leading a team to meet performance targets while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet daily targets and ensure high operational efficiency.
• Oversee the training and onboarding of new employees and implement continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Liaise with external suppliers and transport services to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and lead safety training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles within logistics

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
