Responsibilities

• Lead the design efforts for multiple products, ensuring a user-centered approach in all phases.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform design strategy.
• Develop and maintain a design system that encapsulates design patterns and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and receive constructive criticism.
• Document all design processes and maintain clear, organized project files.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
