Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage HR operations in Cape Town. You will oversee talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legislation.
  • Assist in employee performance evaluations and provide support for performance management.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SAPHR, PHR) is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
