We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage HR operations in Cape Town. You will oversee talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a thriving workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legislation.
Assist in employee performance evaluations and provide support for performance management.
Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., SAPHR, PHR) is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in HR roles
