Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and transform it into reality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details from inception to execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Assist in the design and production of event materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of event components and services.
• Handle event marketing and communications, including social media promotion.
• Conduct venue visits and scouting to ensure suitability.
• Manage event registration and attendee communication.
• Prepare reports and documentation post-event for review.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Planning or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in Additional Languages: Proficiency in Afrikaans or Zulu is a bonus.
