We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our friendly team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for grooming a range of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process.

Responsibilities

• Groom pets according to breed standards and owner preferences.
• Monitor the health and behavior of pets during grooming sessions.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in the grooming salon.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on grooming trends and techniques.
• Provide feedback on service improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards.
• Handle customer queries and address concerns professionally.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Grooming school diploma is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in pet grooming

Technical Skills

• S grooming Equipment
• Knowledge of Breeds

Certifications

• Certified Professional Groomer
• Pet First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
