Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Structural Engineer to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will be involved in designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and provide updates on engineering progress.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess project viability.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance for designs.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is mandatory

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Concrete and Steel Design

Certifications

• Engineering Management Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
