Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote employee engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to enhance retention strategies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Implement employee feedback systems to gather insights and improve workplace morale.
  • Regularly review and update employee benefits packages.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to maintain talent continuity.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements in HR practices.
  • Assist in the development of organizational change strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
