Job Description

As a Travel Operations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our clients' travel experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, liaising with suppliers, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and passion for travel will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate booking processes for corporate clients, ensuring timely arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilize technology to streamline travel booking and client communication.
  • Monitor and report on travel expenses and budgets for corporate clients.
  • Organize team-building travel events and retreats for staff.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging travel trends and legislative requirements.
  • Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Tourism Management qualifications are advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in travel arrangements and customer service
