• Lead and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory and requisition cleaning supplies.
• Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Conduct performance evaluations and share feedback with staff.
• Implement new cleaning techniques and standards as necessary.
• Prepare housekeeping reports for management review.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control measures.
• Encourage teamwork and effective communication among staff.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality Management qualification preferred
• Housekeeping Management Proficient in managing multiple housekeeping tasks efficiently.
• Inventory Control Experienced in managing and tracking cleaning supplies.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Communication Effective communication skills for training and guest interactions.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Multi-Lingual Skills: Ability to communicate in more than one language is an asset.
• Knowledge of Hotel Management Software: Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
