Job Description

As a Police Station Manager in Cape Town, you will oversee the daily operations of the station, ensuring effective law enforcement, community engagement, and the well-being of staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in law enforcement and a passion for public service.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the police department.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and residents.
  • Facilitate communication between community members and police officers.
  • Ensure officers maintain high-standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Handle sensitive community issues with discretion and respect.
  • Evaluate current policing strategies and adapt as necessary based on community feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree with a focus on Public Safety is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of law enforcement experience with progressive responsibility, including supervisory experience.
