Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Tech Solutions Ltd., you will be the frontline support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service expertise to assist clients effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
