Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly and accurately.

  • Assist in the development of customer support materials.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff in customer service protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
