As a Postal Service Mail Carrier, your role will involve delivering mail to specified areas, ensuring that the delivery process is carried out accurately and efficiently. You will be an essential part of our team, providing outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and collections, reporting discrepancies when necessary.
• Assist with sorting and distributing mail and parcels within the facility.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the delivery team and management.
• Utilize GPS and navigation systems to optimize delivery routes.
• Adapt to flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
• Ensure all deliveries are made with care to maintain the integrity of the postal service.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory.
