As an Airplane Cover Maker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining covers for aircraft. This role demands precision and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke covers tailored to specific airplane models.
• Assess and troubleshoot issues related to cover durability.
• Work in tandem with team members to enhance production techniques.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior fabricators on best practices.
• Utilize software for pattern design and inventory management.
• Implement feedback from quality inspections to improve products.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Adhere to time management skills to maximise productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or qualification in aviation textile manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sewing with exposure to aviation standards
