Responsibilities

• Lead the design and manufacturing of mechanical components.

• Participate in project meetings and provide engineering insights.
• Document and present project findings to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
• Evaluate new tools and software to improve engineering processes.
• Be proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
