Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you'll be an integral part of our operations, helping to shape our company culture and support our employees. This role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

• Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role
