Tech Innovations Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to spearhead projects focused on optimizing production processes and enhancing quality control. Your role will involve using data analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance operational processes through data-driven analysis.
• Assist in the design of layout plans and workflows for improved material handling.
• Oversee implementations of new production technology and processes.
• Monitor equipment efficiency and recommend upgrades and repairs.
• Engage in root cause analysis to address recurring operational issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize supply chain logistics.
• Prepare compliance documentation as required by industry standards.
• Work with the quality assurance team to streamline quality checks.
• Lead process optimization initiatives aimed at reducing costs.
• Support in conducting risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's in Engineering Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Statistical Process Control

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
