Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Electrical System Designer to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, capable of designing and implementing efficient power systems and solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative electrical designs for various applications.
  • Collaborate closely with architectural and mechanical teams for holistic project execution.
  • Ensure quality control during the fabrication and installation of systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments on electrical projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.
  • Support the training of operational staff on new systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design and analysis
