Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Hospitality Manager to lead our hotel operations in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality service standards, all while managing a talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Analyze market trends, adjust pricing strategies, and maximise revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and provide personalized services.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance and present to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
