Job Description

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to maintain an efficient HR operation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee leave and attendance management systems.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to inform HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance HR technology and processes.
  • Provide support for corporate compliance audits related to HR.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace by promoting diversity initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous learning regarding HR best practices and innovations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR operations with a focus on employee relations
