As a Data Analyst in our Pretoria office, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. Your insights will help drive our business strategy and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth statistical analysis on data sets to provide business insights.
• Prepare visuals and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide relevant reports.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and company standards.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Research and apply new analytical techniques and technologies.
• Engage with operational data to support day-to-day business activities.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs to assess business performance.
• Establish and maintain a data governance framework.
• Provide training to team members on data literacy and analysis tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
