Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support various HR functions within our team. In this role, you'll oversee recruitment processes, handle employee relations issues, and ensure the company's HR policies align with our core values. You'll be key in enhancing the employee experience and contributing to our company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment cycle from job description creation to hiring.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance evaluation processes.
• Update HR policies to better meet the needs of employees.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees on HR-related inquiries.
• Support the implementation of HR projects and programs.
• Lead efforts to improve workplace culture through feedback and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Honours degree in Human Resources is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
