Job Description

We are currently seeking a driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, specializing in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead changes in HR policies and practices to meet organizational objectives.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze trends to suggest improvements.
  • Implement and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff and assist in their development.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
