We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee site operations in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will supervise construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, and on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure effective communication between team members and management.
• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold project standards.
• Assist in resolving any on-site disputes or conflicts.
• Evaluate and implement construction methods and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Construction Management or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in construction site management experience

• Site Coordination

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Setswana: Basic
