• Analyze competitor and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for design processes and systems.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and assist in their professional development.
• Champion best practices for user experience design within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or similar field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing web and mobile applications

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
