Job Description

As a Subway and Streetcar Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. You will operate transfer cars, maintaining a keen eye on safety protocols while coordinating closely with team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and manoeuvre transfer cars in busy environments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide support in emergency scenarios by following established protocols.
• Keep equipment in top condition through regular inspections.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Assist with loading and unloading efforts when needed.
• Maintain a proactive approach to safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in logistics or transportation roles is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Physical Stamina

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
