Job Description

We are looking for skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Durban. You will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality window shades, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sewing techniques for fabric assembly.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine machine settings.
• Identify and troubleshoot sewing machine malfunctions.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in sewing or textile manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment preferred
