Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for networked environments.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and FAQs.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical Certificate in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
