• Monitor production performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Evaluate production schedules and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
