Job Description

We are in search of a Bellows Assembler to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting bellows used in various applications. An emphasis on quality and attention to detail is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Handle raw materials and components required for assembly.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on malfunctioning assembly equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure optimal product quality.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for assembly tasks.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Work towards achieving assembly targets within set timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in manufacturing or assembly is a plus

Experience

• Experience in assembly and quality control preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with tools such as CNC machines: Hands-on experience with precision assembly equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes: Understanding of quality assurance methodologies.
