Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager who will oversee various projects from inception to completion in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site preparation and ensure all necessary permits are obtained.
  • Manage material procurement and inventory on-site.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and negotiate contracts.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the project director in strategic planning and execution.
  • Participate in budget discussions and approve expenses.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
