Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to manage and enhance our HR functions in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, contributing to a vibrant company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of various departments.
  • Implement employee wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct job evaluations and surveys to ensure competitive salary structures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and implement innovative best practices.
  • Engage in succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
  • Prepare HR reports and insights for management reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a healthy workplace relationship.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of comprehensive HR experience
