As a Veterinarian at our practice in Pretoria, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing illnesses in animals. Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and diagnostics for pet health.
• Develop treatment plans based on medical findings.
• Operate medical equipment and conduct surgeries.
• Educate staff and pet owners on health conditions and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Execute follow-up evaluations to monitor recovery progress.
• Coordinate care with specialists when needed.
• Document all veterinary procedures and maintain records.
• Participate in the training and mentorship of junior veterinarians.
• Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years experience in veterinary practice
