As the Visual Merchandising Lead, you will drive the visual strategy for our stores, ensuring that products are showcased effectively to maximize sales. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to create compelling displays that resonate with our target market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual merchandising team in executing innovative display concepts.
• Establish KPIs for visual merchandising effectiveness and report findings.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for custom display designs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during installations.
• Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
• Present visual merchandising plans to senior management for approval.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in retail visual merchandising
