Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to facilitate and optimize our logistics operations in Cape Town. In this role, you will liaise with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process from order placement to delivery.
• Manage shipping schedules and track shipments to ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with suppliers and transportation providers to negotiate pricing and service levels.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits of the supply chain processes for compliance and optimization.
• Assist in training new logistics staff and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
