Job Description

As an Architectural Designer at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that push the boundaries of traditional design. Your expertise in architectural principles and your keen eye for detail will be essential in creating spaces that inspire. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with clients and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans in coordination with the design team.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design authenticity.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to produce detailed plans.
• Assist in the planning of project schedules and timelines.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports for project reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
